In September of 2018 PropSpex, LLC was formed out of a desire to provide outstanding service in the home inspection process. With the use of infrared technology we can find areas of concern that others can not. We have multiple years experience in home safety and know what to look for to keep you and your family safe. With a focus on customer education we request that the person or their representative be present at the inspection. We will provide an accurate report on the general condition of the house or property, as well as, all safety issues we find.
